Red, White & Blue Shell Casing Coasters (Set of 4)

A set of four hand-poured resin coasters, each cast in its own color story — deep sapphire blue, pearl white, sunset red, and a tri-color red-white-blue split. The split coaster is the most process-intensive: the pour is staged in thirds, with short cure windows between each color band to keep the edges defined without full bleed. Shell casings are set into each coaster during the pour and become structural once the resin cures around them. Each coaster is finished with a sanded flat base so it sits level. Pigment suspension and casing placement vary between sets. This design is capped at 20 sets — when the run ends, the mold is retired.
