Tree Spirit Planter
A weathered forest face with room for a succulent in its crown.
★★★★★ 5.0 · 10 reviews on EtsyA weathered, ancient face carved straight out of living wood — this bust planter captures a tree spirit mid-transformation, with bark-like grain running down the cheeks, deep furrowed brow lines, and a crown of gnarled branches sweeping back like windswept hair. The hollow-eyed, softly human expression gives it real presence, somewhere between a forest guardian and a work of folk art, while the wood-grain texture is sculpted in fine enough detail to look hand-carved rather than printed. The top of the head and shoulders form an open cavity sized for a small plant, succulent, or air plant, so roots and soil sit hidden inside the bust while trailing leaves or blooms emerge like hair from the crown. It sits on a separate braided, root-like base finished in matte black, which contrasts against the bust's natural stone-gray finish and keeps the whole piece stable on a shelf, windowsill, or desk. Cast in durable, UV-stable material that holds up well both indoors and out, it's substantial enough to feel like a real decor piece, not a novelty pot. A striking centerpiece for plant lovers, fantasy and cottagecore decor fans, or anyone looking for a planter with more personality than a standard terra cotta pot.
