All sales final

Every piece is made to order by hand, so all sales are final. We don't accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or wrong item

If an item arrives damaged or the wrong item was sent, email hello@irishmangifts.com with a photo within 7 days and we'll make it right.

Processing times

3D-printed and laser-cut items ship in 1–3 business days. Resin pieces are hand-poured to order and take 2–3 weeks before they ship.
